Shipley’s Grant Spring Clean Up Request Form

The Shipley's Grant HOA will be conducting landscaping inspections the week of April 22, 2024. If you would like the association's landscaper, Bob Jackson Landscaping, to perform your spring clean-up, please complete this form below. They will remove all dead growth and weeds, prune trees, shrubs, and bushes, edge shrub and tree borders, place fresh mulch and flush cut dead trees on your lawn. They will not plant annuals or replace dead plants. The expected cost is approximately $125 per home, and will be passed on to a homeowner's assessment dues. No violations or fines will be issued for residents who opt-in, though residents will still need to perform occasional minor maintenance such as pulling new weeds throughout the year. The last date to opt-in is Friday, May 10, 2024.

By completing this form, you are authorizing the HOA and their landscaper to enter the exterior of your property to perform landscaping maintenance. As they do with lawn care, they will not perform any work behind fenced areas. Notice of when the landscaper will be performing the maintenance will be provided via e-mail.
