Property Management

Assist in overseeing daily operations of homeowner associations and condominium communities. Responsibilities include budget development, vendor coordination, and enforcement of community rules and regulations.

Administrative Support

Support the administrative team with tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and client communication to ensure smooth office operations.

Accounting

Work alongside our accounting team to manage accounts payable and receivable, monitor delinquencies, and assist in budget development.

Maintenance

Collaborate with the Maintenance Operations Manager on a variety of tasks including property inspections, estimating project costs, and assisting with billing processes. Gain firsthand experience in coordinating repairs, managing vendor relationships, and supporting day-to-day facility operations.
