Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department managers on daily tasks and special projects.
  • Assist in coordinating property maintenance and vendor services.
  • Support financial operations, including budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Engage in administrative duties to ensure efficient office workflows.
  • Contribute to enhancing resident satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Property Management, or related fields).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
