This application is for a parking permit for the O'Donnell Square HOA parking lots. There are two (2) parking lots, at the bottom of S. Macon Street, and the three (3) spots behind the 800 (odd) block of S. Macon Street.

  • Permits issued will be valid until December 31, 2025
  • Parking permit tags must be hung from the rearview mirror.
  • There is no application fee, however, the replacement cost for a lost tag is $20.00.
  • There are no assigned spaces. Permit holders may park in either the Phase 2 spaces or the Phase 3 lot.
  • A maximum of one permit will be assigned per home. Applicants must be an O'Donnell Square homeowner.
  • Permit holders must abide by the aforementioned rules, the most recent version of the O'Donnell Square Parking Policy, and the O’Donnell Square Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCRs). Failure to do so may result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense, as well as violations, fines, and revocation of the parking permit. The O'Donnell Square HOA and its agents are not responsible for vehicle theft or damage that may occur on Association lots.
