The following terms and conditions shall apply in the event that this request is granted:
Submit unit owner reservation request two weeks prior to event
During the time reserved for the event, the unit owner whose signature appears on this document must be present at all times.
Reservations are on a first come, first served The Board of Directors has a right of ref usal at their sole discretion.
Refundable deposit for the Clock Tower Park is $200, payable to English Country Manor II Condominium and marked as “Rental Fee Deposit.”
No cooking or grilling is permitted.
General use of the Clocktower Park is extended to Unit Owners in good standing.
The reservation time must include all time necessary for set up and clean up. After the event, if the premises are found to be in the same condition as they were prior to the event, the security deposit will be returned in full to the unit If any damage occurs as a result of the event, or if excessive cleaning is required as a result of the event, the deposit refund will be adjusted to cover the expenses. In the event of damage costing over $200, the unit owner will be responsible for the additional amount.
The unit owner is responsible for complete clean-up of the Clock Tower Park and all trash is to be removed and placed in community dumpsters.
Please use a liner in the Clock Tower trash can and use separate trash bags for food such as crabs, seafood, etc.
The unit owner is responsible for the safety of all guests and children present. The unit owner is responsible for keeping each guest from entering the pond or disturbing any of the flower beds or landscaping
