Please review this Access Committee Information Sheet before completing any form.
The Access Committee has been established by the Fallston Commons HOA to facilitate the distribution of Key Fobs and the activation of access to the Clubhouse and the Clubhouse Fitness Room. The Clubhouse Access Security System has been updated to allow the residents, at no additional cost to them, to access the Clubhouse and the Fitness Room using their Key Fob or an App installed on their smart phones. Residents may obtain Clubhouse access by completing the appropriate forms listed below:
- Fallston Commons Facility Access Request Form
This form is used to request access to the Clubhouse and the Fitness Room. - Fallston Commons Fitness Facility Release and Indemnification Agreement (Waiver
This form is a liability waiver required for access to and use of the Fitness Room equipment. A legally executed Fitness Facility Release and Indemnification Agreement must be provided to Pelican Property Management either by completing the document on-line, or by mail, for placement in the HOA document files. - Fallston Commons Facility Key Fob Request Form
This form is used to request Key Fobs for new homeowners or replacements for broken, lost or stolen Key Fobs. If a resident is requesting a replacement Key Fob, the appropriate payment (as per the instructions on the form) must be provided to Pelican Property Management before a replacement is issued.
There are three ways to complete the forms for the service(s) you are requesting. Note: The fastest way to complete the entire process is online using Option 1 below:
- Online using your computer. Open the Pelican Management website at com, click on “Community Forms,” scroll down to “Fallston Commons Forms,” and select, complete, and submit the desired form on-line. When required, Pelican has an online payment by credit card option built into their system. Pelican will also automatically inform the Access Committee of any service request.
- Download from the Pelican Resident Portal. Access the FC HOA Portal, select “Shared Documents,” and then “Forms.” If desired, a link is provided to direct the user to the online Option 1 above. Otherwise, select, download, print, manually complete and submit the desired form as instructed on the document.
- Pick up copies at the clubhouse in the Access Committee Letter Tray. Select, manually complete, and submit the desired form as instructed on the document.
A copy of any completed form may be scanned or photographed and sent to the Committee by email at access@fallstoncommons.org, or placed in the Committee’s Document Submission Folder in the Clubhouse for processing.
