Avalon Court Six Dryer Vent Cleaning - Pelican Property Management

Avalon Court Six has arranged with Chesapeake Property Services to clean dryer vents at a discounted rate of $129 per unit on 02/19/2024 & 02/20/2024 (weather permitting). You will be responsible for paying Chesapeake Property Services directly for the cost. If you would like Chesapeake Property Services to clean your dryer vent, please complete this form by February 15, 2024

After your dryer vent cleaning is completed, send a copy of your invoice or receipt to Pelican Property Management at support@pelicanmgt.com by July 31, 2024.

The cleaning is completed from the exterior of each unit and on the morning of your scheduled cleaning, you must run your dryer for 15 minutes.
