***homeowner must submit this form for their tenants
If and when HHCA exercises any management of parking on the common parking areas such as issuing violations, making towing decisions, issuing parking stickers, or changing reserved space numbers, Pelican and the Board will use the information provided by the homeowner in the latest submission of this form. It is homeowners’ sole responsibility to ensure that this information is kept current and accurate with Pelican. Failure to keep this form and Pelican updated is no defense against towing or any other remedy for parking unauthorized vehicles.
Summary of Basic Parking Rules
The complete parking rules (Rules) are listed in the Guide for Owners and Residents available in the Pelican Portal. As with all other rules, Landlords must ensure that their tenants know and follow all parking rules
Vehicles Parked in HHCA Without Maryland License Plates
By Maryland law, everyone must register their vehicle if it remains in Maryland for 60 (sixty) days or more within a calendar year, even if it is already titled and registered in another state, regardless of whether or not it has temporary tags.
If a homeowner is registering a vehicle with an out-of-state license tag because the vehicle owner has qualified for a non-resident exemption, MVA will have issued the owner a non-resident permit. Provide Pelican a copy of the permit and a copy of the non-resident driver’s license with this form. Please upload the form below:
If a homeowner is registering a vehicle with MVA permitted dual registration, the homeowner must use the MD license tag information when filling out this form. The vehicle owner must keep the MD license tag visible on the vehicle when parked in HHCA to be an authorized vehicle regardless of the fact that the vehicle owner will also have a second tag and registration from another state.
