I have left the clubhouse in the condition it was in prior to my rental and reported all maintenance and janitorial issues to management. The clubhouse is in satisfactory condition.
Options
Cleaned all surfaces with soap and water. I.e., sinks, tables, etc.
Cleaned all smudges and fingerprints from glazing, mirrors and walls.
Floors are swept, mopped, and/or vacuumed.
Adjusted thermostat to 58 degrees in winter or 78 degrees in summer.
Reported low supplies, i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc. to management.
Cleaned garbage disposal and freed any debris.
Emptied trashcans.
Replaced trash bags.
Removed trash from clubhouse and disposed of appropriately.
Cleaned up all spills and crumbs.
No tape was used on walls or ceilings or doors.
Replenished paper towels, and toilet paper.
