REQUEST FOR KEY CARD

Each new homeowner receives one (1) Key Card at no cost. Replacement of lost, stolen, or worn-out Key Cards is the homeowner's responsibility.

Upon receiving your Key Card, please record the number(s) on the back and store this information in a safe place. This will allow us to deactivate the Key Card if it is lost or stolen.

Please note: When a new Key Card is issued, the previous card will be deactivated and will no longer provide access.
