Pool Information:
Each homeowner is allowed 4 guests per day at no cost. The renter must contact pool management company to arrange for a lifeguard and to contract for services for their event if the pool is used.
Over 5 guests will result in a charge of $5 per guests. Guests aged 12 years and younger are $3 per guest. Guest fees shall be paid with the contract submission

Supplies:
Renters are responsible for supplying their own items and replenishing what they used. I.e., bathroom tissue, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap and cleaning supplies.
Cancellations:
It is required 5 days notice be given for a cancelation to receive a refund. Failure to provide 5 days notice will result in rental privileges being evoked for 12 months.
