RULES

Courts are open for play from 8 am until 9 pm.

Courts are open for play year-round weather permitting.

Use of the courts is prohibited when the surface is wet or there is snow on the ground.

Courts are for Owners/Residents and their guests only.

Guests & Courts Usage
Guests must be accompanied by a resident.
Maximum of one court per household may be used by you and your guests.

People entering, playing and using the courts do so at their own risk. Owner/Residents and their guests assume all risk from the use of the courts and DTMC shall not be held responsible for any injury to a person or loss or damage to personal property.

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
• Court gates must be kept closed at all times.
• Spectators, children, and those who are not playing, including those waiting to play, must remain outside the courts.
• Proper footwear and attire are required. Only athletic rubber-soled shoes (no cleats) are permitted on the courts. Bathing suits and bare feet are not permitted.
• No pets.
• No Littering.
• No Smoking.
• No glass, metal containers, food, alcohol, chairs on courts. Beverages are permitted only in non-breakable containers.
• No bicycles, scooters, rollerblades, skate boards, wagons, toys or any sharp or abrasive objects or other equipment that might damage the surface.
• Sitting or leaning on the nets is prohibited.
• Players must exhibit proper sportsmanship, not throwing rackets or using profanity.
• Players need to bring their own rackets, paddles and balls.
• Players driving to the courts must park in lined parking spaces and not on the street.

COURT RESERVATIONS

• The courts are available on a first come, first served basis.
• Tennis play is limited to two hours if no one is waiting, and one hour if others are waiting.
• To queue for a court, place your racket or paddle on the fence near the court where you would like to play.
• To play pickleball as a group, all players must place their paddles on the fence of the same court. As you finish your game and the next players enter the court, you may place your paddle at the end of the line.

Please be responsible and care for our courts at all times.
Owners/Residents are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or children.
Violations of the rules may result in a fine of $100 per violation, expulsion from the courts for a prescribed time, and revocation of privileges.
Courts may be closed for repairs and maintenance or other activities at the discretion of DTMC. Maintenance of the courts is DTMC’s responsibility and costs are shared by the sections.
Any concerns about the courts’ condition should be directed to the Property Manager through AppFolio or via email (support@pelicanmgt.com).

TO ACCESS THE COURTS, YOU MUST HAVE A FOB.
Only association members in good standing may use the courts.
